Abstract

Personnel resource planning in intralogistics is challenged by staff shortages. The need for efficient planning and management of employees is crucial to success. The use of software supports implementation. In two consecutive studies in 2021 and 2024, logistics locations in the DACH region were surveyed on the use of software for personnel resource planning. By comparing the two studies, conclusions can be drawn about developments and the degree of digitalization of logistics locations.
