This article explains the existing approach of decentralised production control based on the pull principle and shows how it can be expanded and optimised by integrating logistics systems for logistics and production control. A logistical evaluation is designed and integrated for this purpose. The production control is implemented, adapted and tested in a model of a real multi-variant production with small batch sizes.
