Der Autor stellt eine grundlegende Unterschied zwischen dem traditionellen und modernen Operationsmanagementkonzept fest. Die Rolle der logistischen Unterstüzungsanalyse ist auch erklärt. Der Artikel stellt das Konzept von CALS (Continuous Acquisition and Life cycle Support) dar, als Umgebung, die Datenverteilung zwischen den in der Entwicklungsprozeß beteiligten Geschäftspartners ermöglicht. </para></abstract><abstract lang="en"><para role="abstractEN">This paper discuss a design of product-service bundle from the information’ integration viewpoint. The basic differences between traditional and modern concept of operations management have been identified. The role of supportability analysis has highlighted, too.
